DELIVERY
Everything is handcrafted by myself in my atelier. Therefore, made to order pieces (‘CORE COLLECTION’) take about 4 weeks to craft and deliver. Because ‘INDIVIDUALS’, 'CARVED' and 'OBJET TROUVÉ' are already made delivery will, depending on your country, take about a week.
WARRANTY
With every piece of jewellery comes a 2 year warranty, meant for manufacturing faults. Manufacturing faults do not include broken stones, bent or snapped rings and oxidisation or discolouration of metals.
REPAIRS
If your jewel needs a repair, contact me so we can discuss what needs to be done.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because each piece is handcrafted by me, refunds are not possible. On the other hand, exchange in size ('individuals' not included), a different model or a gift card is possible. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days after you have received the package. The piece must be unworn and undamaged. Please send an email so we can arrange the exchange.

Every jewel comes with a box (keep your jewel dry and safe here!), a warranty card/care guide and a polishing cloth.
MATERIALS
All jewels are available in silver, goldplated and 14- and 18K yellow and white gold. For 14- and 18K yellow and white gold the prices are on request. Keep in mind that there is a difference between 14k and 18k yellow gold. The karat refers to the percentage of pure gold in the alloy; 14k contains 58,5% of pure gold, 18k contains 75% of pure gold. This also causes a slight colour difference. Since 18k yellow gold contains more pure gold, it will have a richer yellow/orange colour, while 14k will appear a bit whiter. The higher the karat, the more yellow/orange it will appear. See this picture below to see the colour difference. All goldplated jewels have a 18k yellow gold coating.

All personal data is treated confidentially, and your rights to protection of your justified concerns are observed strictly in accordance with legal requirements. The data needed to process the business transactions is stored and, in the course of processing the order, may be forwarded to affiliated companies or our service partners. In case of delivery for invoice, you agree that – for the purpose of doing a credit check – we may exchange data, such as your name, birth date, and address.
